My Name is Emily is a teenage road movie starring Evanna Lynch, Michael Smiley and George Webster. Written and directed by Simon Fitzmaurice, an award winning Irish film-maker with Motor Neuron Disease. My Name is Emily is produced by Kennedy Films and Newgrange Pictures.
A teenage girl runs away from a foster home with the boy that loves her. She searches for her visionary writer father who is locked up in a psychiatric institution. It is a story of redemption.
My Name is Emily was co-ordinated by Stunt Guild Ireland’s Brendan Condren. He was joined by Guild member’s Aoife Byrne, Patrick Condren, Conor Hegarty, Norman Kelly, Eimear O’ Grady and Paul Thompson.
